FIRST DARK is brought to you by Redscream Films. Go ahead and visit Redscream Films for all kinds of really cool information. Such as the... FIRST DARK PRODUCTION JOURNAL "Day One "Despite a rocky start that was quickly put right by the establishing of a more rigid communication flow, Day One of First Dark looks to have gone off very, very well. DP Seng Varipath brought a whole batch of new toys to play with, Rusty (VFX) Gartrell was on hand to show us the best way to shoot green screen so that Sean got what he wanted and Rusty got what he needed. Melantha Blackthorne IS Lilith Noir no doubt about that and Kathleen Benner rocks as the Spirit of Rage (aka The Spirit of White Trash). You have never seen a magical entity force of nature quite like this one - a pregnant southern piece of trailer trash guzzling whiskey straight from the bottle and smoking nonfilters like a grizzled old trucker. Both hilarious and troubling. Wardrobe and props began to make the move from my plate and onto the plates of others. Amber and Nova Williams keep everybody feed while Steven keep everybody sane. One day down…the rest to go." Featuring the Tantalizing Terror The creation of the mask:

Made for Jay Mager's movie, "The Pigman". For more information please visit The Pigman MySpace. We're happily working with Zombified Studios! "Matt has brought my nightmares to life with this one and hopefully
many other folks dream time will never be the same again either. Personally,
I think this is Matt's best work to date and those are some pretty strong
words given his past accomplishments." About the pictures: The bottom pic is the bulk up stage, the very beginning! The next is the molding stage and the finished sculpt. The three pictures on top are the finished mask. |
